What happened: Lightspeed Golf Services had a major outage causing a disruption in our Booking Engine and Services

What happened: A configuration update for customers on ForeUp tee sheets caused a partial outage in the Confirm functionality.

Duration: 9:00am PST – 1:08pm PST (4 hours 8 minutes)

Impact: For customers using a ForeUp tee sheet, when golfers tried to confirm/cancel a tee time, they were presented with a message that the cancellation failed and they should call the pro shop.

Next steps: We are conducting a post-mortem to put together learning from this incident to ensure something similar does not happen again.

What happened: A code change to introduce some additional functionality caused an issue where some of the leads pages were inaccessible by operators.

Duration: 07:05 AM PST – 07:55 AM PST

Impact: Users were unable to access the lead management platform

Next steps: We are conducting a post-mortem to understand the root cause and will be implementing additional automated tests to prevent recurrence.
